I offer individual therapy to adults (18+) virtually across British Columbia. I offer 50-minute sessions ($150) and extended 80-minute sessions ($225) to accommodate different needs and preferences.

My hours are: Monday (1-6pm); Tuesdays (8:30am-2:30pm); Wednesdays (11am-5pm) and Thursdays (8am-2pm).

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to me that you feel safe and supported in the process. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit — no pressure, no commitment. You’re allowed to take small steps toward what you need, and if it’s not the right match, that’s okay too — finding the right support matters.
